We take your privacy very seriously. We go to great lengths to protect our systems from unauthorised access, making use of the best security tools, technologies and best practise techniques available. We do not send out unsolicited emails. If we need to collect any information from you we always try to minimise what we record.

Information that we will collect from you & how it will be used

• For customers we will collect name, address and contact information. If you are representing an organisation we will also ask for its details. Because our service is predominately web based we must have at least one email address in order to send you messages. If you are paying by credit card we will record your credit card details and may use this information to bill you in the future, subject to the terms of sale. We will store your information so that we can use if for order processing, billing and account maintenance purposes. Email will be used as the predominant method of contact, although we may send you a physical letter or telephone you.

• For visitors to our websites we may record aggregate visitor statistics and use this information to improve our websites. We will not sell this information.

• Cookies will only be used if absolutely necessary and then only to maintain a session state with you whilst you use any online service which we might provide. Only cookies set by our web servers will ever be used. We do not allow advertising on any of our websites.

Situations where we may have to share your information
Our policy is not to share or disclose your information with other organisations outside of our control, unless we have to for the purposes of fulfilling your order or to comply with a court order or other legal requirement.
